Kayalar Kimya launched Genç brand soon after its corporation in 1976. The Genex brand is one of the world's most preffered brands in furniture paints and varnish production sector while also being the leader of Turkish market. While GENÇ is following the worldwide trends in genex coatings and the demands of furniture industry, the company has established Turkey's first technical support, application and training center wood coating systems to design customized service solutions on buyers' demands. With its 24 experts, the technical support and application center, available at the company headquarters, offers simulation to buyers based on customized application parameters and processes.

R&D Center, having 1700 m' laboratory area and 70 professional staff, is singlehandedly one of the most important figure that made Kayalar Kimya a leading manufacturer in Europe. the center launches joint projects with several national, international universities, research institutions and scientific institutions, especially TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and the center is capable of producing customized products that will specifically meet customer demands since it is able to produce over 100 types of resin, and this capability distinguishes the company from other players in the sector.
Kayalar Kimya started production of Düfa paints in Turkey after concluding a partnership contract in 2005 with Meffert AG, a German company operating 9 factories all around the world; the company acquired all rights of this partnership in 2009 and is the sole owner of Kayalar-Meffert AG.
Düfa, which produces environment and human health conscious, practical, water based paint products, gained a place in the Turkish market quickly with its superiour German technology and EU-class quality Düfa added a novel touch to the market with its "Master of Paint" motto and offers over thousands of color options with Mix machine coloring technology.

In 2012, Kayalar Kimya established a strategic partnership with Noroo Paint, second leading paint manufacturer company in South Korea, and started producting industrial paints, floor coatings and car repair with 'Genç Noroo' brand.
Kayalar Raw Material has been founded in 1996 in the organization of Kayalar Kimya in order to supply chemical raw materials needed for production sector in Turkey. With its production items more 70, it supplies raw materials to various sectors including textile, glassware, packaging & plastic, medicals, metal industry, paint, cosmetics, cleaning and expedites all over Turkey. Kayalar Raw Material creates quality assurance by taking supplied raw materials under laboratory controls and provides R&D support to producers as well as industrial solution suggestions.
